Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance to get her degree from college. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and came home with sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The way she achieves this is by supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
