Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts' parents are Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus. Julia Fiona Roberts is the fourth generation Roberts living in Atlanta. Her father was enthusiastic about theatre at an early age. While a student of Emory University in 1952 he acted in productions on campus and elsewhere in Atlanta. When he joined in 1953 the Air force, he appeared with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Eric Anthony was their first born. They got married in 1957. Walter went to Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana following his departure from the Air Force in 1957. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur, Georgia in the year 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local Saturday morning children's television program Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. The following year, they started the Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for six years. In the meantime, they also had two youngsters Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
